'Midnight City' 36"x60" Acrylic Painting on Canvas.
Midnight City was a twist on the Big City Nights series, to take the sunglasses reflection theme and incorporate a street art vibe into the comic style. The shading and negative is screated using spattered turquoise, black and pink paint on a white stone texture background. The city is also created using the spatter technique which replicates spray paint and ends up being a slightly impressionistic representation of the city lights at night of Montreal.
